摘要
在给定的干湿球温度下,用铜-康铜热电偶测量了干燥过程中的木材内部温度及含水率,发现木材内部温度处于干湿球温度之间,沿厚度方向存在着梯度。分析了内部温度分布和含水率分布及其之间的相互关系。证明了用芯部温度作为参数间接测量平均含水率是可行的。
Temperature distribution within Lumber was measured during the convective drying with 0.2mm thermocuples. Experimental results showed: 1. interior temperature is between dry-bulb temperature and wet-bulb temperature, and has a gradient in depth. 2. a relationship exists between average moisture content and the core temperature of the Lumper, and monitoring the Lumber drying process through measurements of interior wood temperature may be feasible.
