摘要 经稀硫酸预处理的玉米秸秆用里氏木霉(Trichoderma reesei Rut-C30)产生的纤维素酶进行水解,其反应过程可描述为3个假一级反应的总和,且与纤维素酶的浓度直接相关。本文建立了酶水解得率与酶浓度及高聚糖水解难易程度不同的各组分的数学关系式,用非线性回归分析法求出方程中各参数的值,并讨论了各参数代表的意义及应用。 Corn stover pretrcated with dilute sulfuric acid was hydrolyzcd with ccllulase produced by Trichoderma reesei Rut C-30 on the same substrate. The hydrolysis was described as a summation of three pseudo-first-order reactions and was dependent on ccllulase concentration. A mathematical equation was derived to express the relationship among hydrolysis yield, enzyme concentration, and polysaccharidc fractions with varied extent of hydrolysability.The parameters in the equation were computed with nonlinear regression analysis, and the applications of the equation were discussed.
