褐刺蛾CPV基因组凝胶电泳分析

ANALYSIS OF GENOME OBTAINED FROM THOSEA POSTORNATA CPV BY PAGE

褐刺蛾CPV基因组RNA在1％琼脂糖凝胶电泳中,可分离出9个片段,在3％聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中分离出10个片段,各片段的大小为0.34～2.55×10~6,总分子量为15.15×10~6,其PAGE图型与CPV属代表种家蚕(Bm)CPV RNA有较大差异。试验证明褐刺蛾CPV与家蚕CPV属不同的类型。

Double-Stranded RNA preparation have been analyzed by polyacrylamidc gel elcctrophoresis. Ten segments were recognized constitucntly for CPV. The presence of such genome segments to be a common characteristic of double-stranded viral RNA. The size distribution of the each segments is specific. The molecular weight of a segments ranged from 0.34x106 to 2.55 x 106. The sum of molecular weights of a set of the fragments were 15.15xl06.
