光敏核不育水稻幼穗发育过程中多胺的变化 被引量:6

摘要 对光敏核不育水稻(PGMR)农垦58S及农垦58水稻幼穗发育过程中多胺变化进行了测定。结果表明:(1)农垦58S在长光照下每穗的多胺含量随稳发育而渐增,而短光照诱导下每穗多胺含量则随穗发育成倍增加,尤其是在二级枝梗期到雌雄蕊分化期亚精胺剧增;(2)稻穗中多胺与花药发育有密切关系。农至58S需在短光照下完成多胺变化而花粉发育,在长光照下多胺含量下降而花粉败育;农垦58稻穗中多胺变化与花粉发育对光周期不敏感。 The endogenous free polyamines in young panicles of PGMR Nongkcn 58S and Nonken 58 were determined during their development. The results were summarized as follows: (1)The content of polyamines per car of Nongken 58S had a slow increase with panicle dcvciopmcnt. The content of polyamines doubled and doubled. Moreover the content of spcrmidine rose sharply with panicle development from differentiating stage of the secondary rachis-branch to stamens-pistil differentiation stage under short-day conditions. (2)Polyamines of panicle and pollen development were closely related. The changes of polyanimcs in Nongken 58S could be accompliscd only under short-day conditions and the pollens wore fertilized; the content of polyamines decreased under long day conditions, and the pollens were steriled. Nevertheless,the changes of polyamines and the development of pollens in Nongken 58 could carry out in spite daylength (short-day or long-day).
