摘要
给出了一种采用有源反相全通网络设计多相正弦振荡器的方法。这种振荡器能产生n相幅度可调的等幅、等相差正弦信号。反相全通网络的采用使环路对信号进行了奇数次倒相 ,从而减小了信号的失真。研究了这种振荡器的多振荡频率、灵敏度、频率稳定性及运算放大器非线性对振荡频率的影响。对TL0 84CN构成的三相和四相正弦振荡器的测试及五相正弦振荡器的仿真验证了理论分析。
The design of even and odd multiphase sinusoidal oscillators using inverted all-pass networks is presented. The oscillator can generate n signals, which are equal in amplitude and equally spaced in phase. Because signals are inverted even times in the oscillation loop, their distortion from non-symmetry of devices has been reduced. Multi-frequency of oscillator, sensitivity, frequency stability and effect of the OA nonlinearly on oscillator frequency have been analyzed. Experimental and simulated results are given to verify the theoretical analysis.
