摘要
用渗透介质流动分析空气流过三维葡萄包装箱时压力和速度的分布 ,并利用有限差分法设计计算机程序对压力和速度分布求解 ;在此基础上应用热传递模型及其理论求解相应的温度响应。
By using the analytical method of porous media flow,the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of airflow through a three-dimension grape carton has been put forward.To calculate the pressure and velocity distribution and corresponding temperature response,a related computer program has been designed in this paper according to the mathematical models established.The results of this research provide a theoretical basis for selecting pressure fans and determining the vent hole size of grape cartons during pressure-drop precooling.
