摘要
目前 ,我国众多百货商店面临着前所未有的挑战 ,或难以维系生存现状 ,或无法摆脱竞争中的被动局面从而攀升和发展。追根朔源 ,症结何在 ?从营销战略的角度考虑 ,关键在于市场定位的失误。因此 ,阐明百货商店市场定位的实质及特征 ,强调我国百货商店市场定位的紧迫性、重要性 ,指出百货商店市场定位的实施过程最终完成的支持条件 ,具有一定的现实意义。
At present,many department stores in China are facing the entirely new difficulty to maintain the status quo of existence,and extricate from the passive situation to develop in spite of doing their best.What is the problem in market-orientation.It lies in the error fo market orientation from the angle of the marketing strategy.Therefore,it is practical to (1) expound the quality and characteristics of market-orientation,(2)highlight the necessity and urgency of market-orientation and (3) point out the plotting model,practicing process and the finished supporting conditions of market-orientation.
