摘要
用(^(15)NH_4)_2SO_4标记的稻谷喂鸡,将收集的鸡粪与尿素配合进行水稻盆栽试验,研究有机、无机肥料相互作用对产量的影响。结果得出:水稻对鸡粪和尿素的利用率分别为22%~24%和35%~52%。在土壤中的残留率分别为30%~42%和23%~33%。提高鸡粪比例,二种肥料的残留率都增加。残留量大于激发量。然而化肥利用率则下降并导致稻谷产量减少。
The pot experiments were carried out to invcstigate the effect of organic and inorganic N fertilizers applied in combination on rice yield. The labelled chicken excreta was obtained by feeding the chicken with ^(15)N labelled rice grains which were fertilized with ^(15)N labelled (NH_4)_2SO_4. The results from pot experiments indicated that in the case of the two types of fertilizers applied in combination as basal dressing the utilization rates of chicken excreta-N and urea-N by the rice crop were 22%~24% and 35%~52% respectively, while the ^(15)N left in the soil were 30%~42% and 23%~33%.This paper deals with the interaction or these two types of fertilizers applied in combination. As the proportion of the chicken excreta-N inereased, the residual effect of these two fertilizers increased. The amount of residual ^(15)N was greater than that 'primed' in the soil; on the contrary, the utilization rate of chemical N fertilizer was decreased and consequently the yield was reduced.
