摘要
在杭州市行政区划作了建国以来最大的一次调整、杭州获得新的发展空间之际 ,本文从国外高新技术产业开发区选址布局的经验出发 ,分析了杭州建设“硅谷”的条件 ,认为杭州具有建设“硅谷”的极大优势 ,并对天堂硅谷的现状布局存在的问题作了探讨 。
The center government in China authorized Hangzhou metropolis to take charge of Xiaoshan county and Yuhang county on march 26, 2001. Now Hangzhou faces a bigger space to be developed. First, the article summarized the experience that Hi-Tech industry zone how to arrange the layout in abroad. Second, the article analyzed the condition of Hangzhou to be Silicon valley in China, concluding that Hangzhou is advantageous to develop Hi-Tech industry. Third, the article analysed the problems which should be solved in Hangzhou Silicon Valley. Last, the article put forward the project of layout and suggestions, which will be beneficial to Hangzhou Silicon Valley.
