摘要
人的行为受两大动力体系的驱动。一是自我动力 ,二是超我动力。这两大动力的平衡关系 ,决定了人的行为方向。组织中对人的管理 ,就是想办法将两大动力维持在较高的水平并共同指向组织目标。“自我动力”的启动 ,主要靠个人利益的吸引。具体方式就是提供三个激励 :报酬激励、成就激励、机会激励。“超我动力”的启动 ,主要靠组织目标、事业理想、企业精神、核心理念与价值观。知识员工因为受到的教育程度较高 ,因此 ,其自我和超我强度要高于一般员工。针对知识员工的激励策略 。
Man’s behavior is driven by two systems of motive power.One is the motive power of ego and the other is that of superego.The balance between these two motive powers decides the orientation of human behavior.Clearly the personnel management in an organization is to find out means to maintain the two motive powers at a higher level and direct them to the common goal of the organization.The running of the 'motive power of ego' mainly depends on the appeal of personal interest.The specific way to do this is to provide three stimuli:the stimuli of reward,achievement and opportunity.The running of the 'motive power of superego' mainly depends on the goal of organization,the career ideal,enterprising spirit,core beliefs and values.The strength of ego and superego of the educated worker is higher than that of the average worker because he is better educated.This should be taken into account in making stimulus strategies.
