摘要
将手性菊酸或菊酯制备成非手性的菊酰胺或薄荷醇酯,经荧光硅胶薄层色谱纯化后,在3%QF-1气相色谱柱或Lichrozorb Si-60高效液相色谱柱上,分别实现了3种菊酸、5种菊酯32种立体异构体的分离测定。其最低检出浓度为1~10ppb,保留时间4~34分钟,需分析样品5~200mg。
Permethrin, Cypermethrin, Decamethrin and Sumicidin are powerful pyre throid insecticides. They have 4 to 8 geometrical and optical isomers respectively. The potencies of them are very sensitive to the structure and chirality of the acidic and alcoholic components.In this paper, the author report the methods of resolution and determination for 32 species of the stereoisomers of Permethrin, Cypermethrin, Decamethrin and Sumicidin by TLC, GLC and HPLC.Pyrethroid acids or esters were prepared into their amides or menthol esters, which can be resoluted and determined by GLC, HPLC. The seperated components are converted into their optically pure acids, and then prepared into pyrethroid esters respectively, which further resoluted and determined by HPLC. The author can get all enantiomers of Cypermethrin, Decamethrin, and Sumicidin.
