摘要
本文将氯霉素与牛血清白蛋白连接成复合物,制得特异性强、亲和力高的兔抗氯霉素抗血清,建立氯霉素的放射免疫测定法。其最小检测量为20pg/管,可测范围为50~3200pg,回收率为95.5%±8.7%,批内和批间变异系数分别为4.1%和8.9%。样品制备简单,整个测定可在10h内完成。
Anti-chloramphcnicol antisera with high specificity and affinity were raised in rabbits against an antigen prepared by coupling chloramphenicol to bovine serum albumin.A radioimmunoassay for chloramphenicol was developed by using the antisera. The limit of detection was 20 pg/tube. The working range was 50-3 200 pg. The recovery was 95.5%±8.7%. The coefficients of variation of intra-assay and inter-assay weree 4.1% and 8.9% respectively. Samples were prepared simply. The whole assay could be completed within 10 hours.
