侵染西洋芹菜的黄瓜花叶病毒及品种抗病性测定 被引量:2

摘要 1987~1989年,从田间采集病害样本55个,根据鉴别寄主和血清学反应的结果,黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)占样本总数的66.45%,是危害西洋芹菜的主要毒源。代表分离物Ce-20的各种性状与典型的黄瓜花叶病毒相似。苗期抗病性测定表明,在7个西洋芹菜品种、意大利冬芹和南京本地芹菜中,未发现对黄瓜花叶病毒的免疫和高抗品种,其中西洋芹84-3和84-6两个品种比较耐病,意大利冬芹较为抗病。 We examined 55 virus samples collected from western celery (Apium gravelens) fields in the suburbs of Nanjing. According to the viral host range, physical properties in crude sap, aphid transmission, immunodiffusion and dot-ELISA tests, it was found that cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) was most common on western celery in Nanjing. 7 western celery cultivars, winter Italian celery and local celery cultivar in Nanjing for were tested identifing the resistance to Ce-20 on seedlings with 3~4 leaves. The results indicated that 84-3 and 84-6 wcrc tolerant and winter Italian celery was resistant.
