摘要
1984~1989年在对种质资源抗芜箐花叶病毒(TuMV)鉴定的基础上,采用系谱选择和母系选择法相蛄合的途径,选育出综合性状优良的矮抗一号新品种。其特点:(1)高产:生产试验平均亩产达3121.5kg.比对照矮脚黄增产16.1%;(2)抗病:TuMV和霜霉病人工鉴定病情指数为22.17和5.8,比对照矮脚黄降低72.2%和87.1%。与田间鉴定结果一致;(3)优质:叶片重/叶柄重达0.70,比对照提高48.9%。雏生素C、灰分和叶柄中可溶性固形物等营养成分含量均高于对照,而粗纤雏含量低;(4)商品性好:植株矮,叶片大,叶柄短且宽,符合喜食白梗菜地区的消费习惯。
Based on the work of evaluation for turnip mosaic virus (TuMV) resistance in germplasm of Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino, a new cultivar named Dwarf Resistant No.1 was bred out through pedigree and maternal-line selections during 1984~1989. The main characteristics of the new cultivar were as follows. (1) High yield: the average yield in production trials reached 46.8t/ha, 16.1% higher than that of the check cultivar Aijiaohuang. (2) Disease resistance: the value of disease index under artiticial inoculation for TuMV and downy mildew were 22.2, 5.8, 72.2% and 87.1% lower than those of the check. (3)Excellent quality: the value of blade-weight/petiole-weight reached 0.70, 48.9% higher than that of the check. Contents of vitamine C, ash and petiole soluble solid substances were higher than those of the check, while the level of crude cellulose was lower than that of the check. (4) Good commercial appearance: lower plant, large leaf, short-wide petiole, suited to the consumption custom of regions for white-petiole type.
