摘要
在2个小麦高世代品系中进行单株选择、分系比较,分析4个产量性状的遗传变异程度和遗传进度,比较了3种综合选择法在小麦纯系育种中的选择效率。结果说明,针对原始群体的主要缺点,着重对个别性状的选择,纯系育种法还有很大潜力。但对综合性状的选择,有必要研究群体中各个性状的遗传变异度、遗传进度及综合选择方法,这便于有预见地进行选择,从而提高纯系育种的效率。
Three hundred plants selected from advanced generation line Nannong 82-4 were grown in a 2-replicate, randomized block layout in 1985~1987 crop season, and 500 plants from other line Nannong 2101 in 1987~1989 as well, to study the genetic variations, and genetic gains of four yield components. In addition, a comparison of actual efficiency of three complex selection methods was made. Pure-line selection still showed great potentialities when it was used to improve single character with deficiencies. But, in multi-trait selection the genetic variations, genetic gains and selection methods should be studied so as to raise the foresight and efficiency in pure-line selection.
