苄磺隆在稻田中的残留动态研究 被引量:1

A STUDY ON DEGRADATION AND RESIDUAL DETERMINATION OF BENSULFURON HERBICIDE IN RICE FIELD

摘要 1987、1988两年,在南京、厦门两地进行苄磺隆残留试验。稻株、稻田土和稻田水中残留的微量苄磺隆经过溶剂提取、溶液分配和C_(18)柱纯化后,进行高效液相色谱分析。样品的添加回收率分别为89.37%~97.68%,最低检测浓度为0.02ppm。试验结果表明,苄磺隆在稻株、稻田土和稻田水中的消解半衰期为两星期左右,喷药90天后的最终残留量均低于0.02ppm。 Bensulfuron is a new type of high-power, low-poison and broad-killing sulfonyl urea herbicides. A study on degradation and residual determination was performed both in Nanjing and Xiamcn areas for two years. Residues of bcnsulfuron were extracted from water, soil, and rice, purified by liquid-liquid distribution and C_(18) column, and then analysed by a high performance liquid chromatographic method, using a lichrosorb Si-60 20×0.3cm I. D. column, with mobile phase of petroleum ether/isopropanol/methanol/ethyl nitrile chloroform mixture solvent (70:10:10:5:5V/V), 1ml/min. The eluant was detected by UV absorption at 254nm. The retention time was 6~8 rain and detectable limit of concentration was 0.02 ppm. The recovery for residue determination from water, soil, rice plant and grain was 89.37~97.68%. The degradation half life was about two weeks.
