摘要
本文综述了近年来对枣疯病的发生、症状发展过程、症状形成的病生理学基础、传病介体昆虫、病原菌在枣树体内的运行规律以及枣疯病MLO单克隆抗体的检测技术等的研究新进展。
Jujube witches broom is the most distructive disease of jujube in China. Since 1970's, plant pathologists have recognized that witches broom of jujube is caused by mycoplasma-like organism. Studies of jujube witches broom have advanced in various fields. (1)Development of disease symptoms, (2)Patho-physiological basis of symptoms, (3)Insect vectors of jujube witches broom, (4)Movement rule of pathogen (MLO) in the phloem sive tubes of jujube and (5) Detection ofmonoclone antibody on jujube witches broom.
