摘要
介绍了固定化细胞技术的概念、分类、固定化细胞的制备方法以及固定细胞的载体。对采用细胞固定化技术处理各种废水的一些实验模拟进行了简要的论述。认为细胞固定化技术具有活性高 ,可反复利用和对有毒物质抵抗能力强等优点。适于处理含氮废水。
This article introduced the conception and classification of the immobilized cell technology, the preparation way and carrier of the immobilized cell. It also gives brief presentation of some experimental simulations about using immobilized cell technology treat several kinds of wastewater. The conclusion is that the immobilized cell technology has the advantage of high activity, repeating using and high resisting toxicant's ability. It can be used in treating nitrogen wastewater, refractory organic wastewater and heavy metal wastewater.
