Present Condition,Cause of Formation and Rational Policy of Chinese Industrial Construction

调整、优化产业组织已成为提高资源配置效率 ,实现国民经济持续、快速、健康发展的必然要求。分析我国现阶段产业组织存在的问题 ,揭示产业组织不合理的成因 ,并在此基础上提出实现产业组织合理化的对策。

Longtime systemic,political and other complex factors' multiple functions have led to an irrational industrial construction in China.This badly reduces the efficiency of resource allocation and the quality of national economy.Thus, it is necessary to regulate and optimize industrial construction to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and keep a rapid,healthy development of national economy.This paper analyzes the problems existing in present Chinese industrial construction,points out the reasons for the unreasonable industrial organization and proposes ways to realize an reasonable industrial construction.
