真菌性上颌窦炎的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of fungal maxillary sin usitis

目的:总结真菌性上颌窦炎的CT表现特点。方法:对11例经手术病理证实的真菌性上颌窦炎的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果:①11例均见一侧上颌窦内不均软组织影伴不同程度积液。②10例软组织块内钙化。③7例局限性轻度骨质增生,8例见上颌窦内侧壁骨质吸收。④1例增强扫描软组织块影轻度不均匀强化表现。结论:真菌性上颌窦炎具有特征CT表现,CT有较高诊断价值。

Objective:To analyse the CT characteristics o f fungal maxillary sinusitis(FMS ).Methods :Eleven cases of FMS proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:①Nonhomogeneous density lesion and f luid accumulation around the lesion in maxillary sinus were found in all cases.②Ten cases had calcification in the so ft tissue lesion.③Localized bone proliferation of sinus wall was seen in seven cases a nd bone absorbtion in eight cases.④Mild nonhomogeneous enhancement could be seen in the post -contrast images in one case.Conclusions :CT findings of FMS has characteristic features.CT examination is valuable in the diag-nosis of FMS.
