耕耘疗法在深Ⅱ度-Ⅲ度烧伤创面的临床应用(附40例报告)

Clinical Application of Ploughing Technique in Treating Deep Second Degree and Third Degree Burn Wounds

目的：探讨耕耘疗法在深Ⅱ度－Ⅲ度创面治疗中的疗效。方法：选同期住院病人４０例，对深Ⅱ度－浅Ⅲ度烧伤创面进行耕耘（浅Ⅱ度－深Ⅲ度伤除外），然后外用ＭＥＢＯ。结果：深Ⅱ度、浅Ⅲ度烧伤，部位不同，治疗方法相同，液化时间、愈合时间各不相同。结论：耕耘疗法可改善创面局部微循环，促进创面液化，使愈合期缩短。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of ploughing technique in treating deep 2nd degree and superficial 3rd degree burn wounds. Method: 40 cases of bum were treated with MEBO. Before applying MEBO, their deep 2nd de- gree and superficial 3rd degree burn wounds were treated with ploughing technique. Results: Deep 2nd and superficial 3rd degree burn wounds in different positions had different liquefaction and healing time. Conclusion: Ploughing helped to improve local micro - circulation in the wounds, promoted liquefaction and shortened healing time.
