摘要
目的：寻求一种简单可行的治疗慢性溃疡的方法。方法：全程应用烧伤湿润暴露疗法（ＭＥＢＴ）。结果：三例儿童头部顽固性溃疡创面，全部愈合。三个月后随访，愈合创面平整，已长出少许毛发。结论：ＭＥＢＴ对顽固性溃疡有良好治疗效果。
Objective: To search for a simple and easy method for treating chronic ulcers. Method: MEBT was applied in the whole treating course. Result: Three patients with refractory head ulcers were all healed. The wounds recovered with smooth appearance and a little hair was grown after followed - up for half a year. Conclusion: MEBT has good efficacy in beating refractory ulcers.
