摘要
目的：探讨带状疱疹新的治疗方法。方法：治疗组２３例局部采用ＭＥＢＯ暴露或包扎疗法，对照组２２例采用传统疗法。结果：两组病人均治愈，治疗组中２２例疼痛缓解，而对照组只有１４例缓解（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗组的疗程与对照组相比亦明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：ＭＥＢＯ治疗带状疱效果确切，简单易行，值得推广。
Objective: To find out a new method for treating herpes zoster. Method: 23 cases of herpes zoster were treated with MEBO (MEBO group ) and 22 cases were treated with conventional method (control group). Result: All the cases healed. In MEBO group,there were 22 patients who had pain relieved, while in coned pep there were only 14 patients. (P<0. 05). In MEBO group, the wound healing time was shorter than that in the control group (P<0. 01). Con- clusion: MEBO is effective for treating herpes zoster. It is easy to use and its efficacy is satisfactory.
