摘要
目的 观察超声与射频消融下腔静脉口对其急性狭窄的影响 ,探讨超声消融的临床应用价值。方法 健康成年杂种犬 11只 ,随机分成两组 :5只行下腔静脉口超声消融 ,6只行下腔静脉口射频消融。消融后 30min行下腔静脉造影 ,观察其管腔直径的变化。结果 行超声消融的 5个下腔静脉口均未见狭窄 ,而行射频消融的 6个下腔静脉口均出现程度不等的狭窄 ,其狭窄的程度与消融的点数有关 ,消融点数越多 ,狭窄程度越重。出现狭窄后通过心内应用硝酸甘油 ( 10 0~ 2 0 0 μg) ,狭窄消失或明显减轻。 结论 超声消融不易引起静脉口的痉挛 ,射频消融易导致静脉口痉挛 。
Objective To observe the acute stenosis of inferior vena cava after being ablated by ultrasound and radiofrequency for exploring their clinical value.Methods Eleven canines were divided into two groups: group Ⅰ (5 canines) received ultrasound ablation at inferior vena cava, group Ⅱ (6 canines) received radiofrequency ablation at the same position.The change of inner diameter of inferior vena cana was observed 30 minutes later by angiography.Results No change at the 5 inferior venae canae ablated by ultrasound ,but that ablated by radi of requency had displayed various stenosis which had positive relationship with the numbers been ablated.After using nitroglycerin, the stenosis disappeared or decreased significantly.Conclusions Radiofrequency ablation was more apt to lead to spasm than ultrasound ablation.
