输精管绝育术与前列腺癌关系的Meta分析

META-ANALYSIS ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VASECTOMY AND PROSTATE CANCER.

目的 :探讨输精管绝育术与前列腺癌的关系。方法 :采用 Meta分析方法对美国进行的输精管绝育术与前列腺癌关系的七项病例对照研究文献进行综合分析。结果 :共收集前列腺癌病人 436 5例 ,对照 145 31例 ,合并 OR=1.10 (95 %CI:1.0 42 ,1.2 5 3) ,绝育不足 2 0年 OR=0 .92 3 (95 % CI:0 .819,1.390 ) ,绝育 2 0年以上者 OR=1.113 (95 % CI:1.0 96 ,1.35 8)。结论 :输精管绝育术与前列腺癌存在一弱阳性联系 。

Objective:In order to discuss the relationship between vasectomy and prostate cancer.Methods:Seven case control studies were collected and analyzed by the method of Meta analysis.Results:There were 4365 cases and 14531 controls,the combined odds ratio was 1 10(95%CI:1 042,1 253),the odds ratio associated with men who had a vasectomy less than 20 years prior to study was 0 923(95%CI:0 819,1 390),the odds ratio associated with men who had a vasectomy 20 or more years was 1 113(95%CI:1 096,1 358).Conclusion:The result showed,a positive association was found between vasectomy and prostate cancer,and the risk increased with the years since vasectomy.
