法国于齐诺尔钢铁集团于 1986年由萨西洛尔和于齐诺尔两家公司联合而成 ,专门经营钢铁产业 ,生产碳钢板材、不锈钢板材和特钟钢板。通过加工配售业务最大限度地增大效益 ;通过联合、兼并等形式不断扩大规模效益 ;依靠技术创新不断增强企业的竞争实力 ;经过 15年的发展历程 ,该集团已成为世界一流的钢铁企业。
France-based Usinor Group was combined with Sacilor and Usinor in 1986. It engages in steel production, particularly in carbon sheet, stainless steel sheet and special steel plate. The profit was maximized by applied the processing and batching. The benefit of scale was expanded through the combination and merger. The competition power was strengthened by applied technical innovation. The Usinor Group now is became the topping iron and steel enterprise in the world after 15 years development.
