摘要
通过SiC晶须、颗粒增强的铝复合材料的车削试验 ,对快速落刀装置上获取的切屑根部标本试样扫描电镜 (SEM )照片的观察和分析后 ,证明了切削这两类复合材料时也产生积屑瘤 ,但与碳钢的鼻形积屑瘤有很多不同 ,其外形呈楔形、积屑瘤高度小且向下方生长也很小或不生长 ,生成机理为机械镶嵌而非“冷焊”。并分析了各工艺参数对积屑瘤高度的影响关系 ,及该楔形积屑瘤对工件表面粗糙度值Ra
Though orthogonal cutting experiments of aluminum composites reinforced with SiCw or SiCp, it is verified that the built up edge(BUE)can be produced by analysis and observation of the chip bottom specimen SEM photos gotten with the aid of quick stop tool device. It is first put forward that there are a lot of difference between the wedgy BUE and the carbon steel nose BUE, its figure is shown the wedgy, the producing mechanism is the mechanical enchasing other than 'cool welding. It is given that the analysis of the relationship between the wedgy BUE height H b and cutting parameters, and between the wedgy BUE and the workpiece roughness.
