摘要
通过对贵铝第三电解铝厂阳极组装工段大型除尘系统的设计实践 ,阐述了该系统风管配置、排风量确定、系统阻力计算、主要设备选择等过程 ,并针对除尘系统中的多点除尘风管压力平衡计算、水平风管防止积灰堵塞、风管壁厚选择。
Based on the design practices of large-scale dust-removal system of anode installation project for No 3 Electrolytic Aluminum Plant in Guiyang Aluminum Plant,descriptions have been made on air-duct layout,air-discharge quantity determination,system-resistance calculation,and major equipment selection etc.,as well as the investigations and studies of pressure-balance calculation of multi-point dust-removal duct,prevention of dust accumulation and blocking in horizontal duct,selection of duct-wall thickness and screw conveyor,etc.
