摘要
新日铁的钢水二次精炼技术 ,随着高炉 -转炉 -全连铸的工艺变化及用户的多样化、高级钢的需求 ,二次精炼技术也取得了显著的进步。 2 0世纪 80年代先后开发了铁水预处理、转炉复合吹炼、高性能二次精炼技术 ,并成功地进行了工业化应用。文章重点介绍了新日铁精炼技术的进步 ,特别是精炼工艺的功能组合及今后的展望。旨在为鞍钢的钢水二次精炼技术水平的提高起到一定的参考作用。
With the changes in blast furnace BOF continous casting process route and increasing demands in steel grade type and high class grades, Nippon Steel Corporation has made remarkable progresses in secondary refining. Since the 1980s, hot metal pretreatment, BOF combined blowing and high performance secondary refining have been developed and put into industrial operation.The paper presents secondary refining improvement in Nippon Steel Corporation, especially focusing on performance combination of secondary refining and future development. The paper aims to give reference to improvements in secondary refining in AISC.
