双层卷筒拉丝机拖动生产冷轧带肋钢筋分析

摘要 采用被动式工艺生产冷轧带肋钢筋须经减径、成型 ,两台轧机连续轧制。要求钢材的秒流量相等 ,否则将造成断线停产或线材在拉丝机卷筒上打滑 ,造成卷筒严重磨损。着重讨论冷轧带肋钢筋生产工艺中用双层卷筒拉丝机提供动力时 。 In passive process production, the cold rolling ribbed wires and bars must continuously be rolled by two rolling mills for sizing reduction and forming, equality in flow/sec of rolled metal is required. Otherwise, the bar will be broken and the operation may be stopped, or the bar may slip on the drum of drawing machine and make the drum to wear down off-normally. Matching between bar diameter and drum diameter is discussed when the power is provided by a drawing machine with double drums in the production of cold rolling ribbed wires and bars
