小方坯连铸机高效化技术改造及工艺优化

摘要 根据工厂实际 ,进行了罗可普小方坯连铸机高效化改造。采用钢水成分、温度合适、钢水全程保护浇注模式 ;采用较大容量的凸形中间包结构 ;高速结晶器采用抛物线锥面及其结构优化 ;板簧导向刚性支撑式振动装置 ;自同步连续矫直拉矫机 ;动态控制的二次冷却系统 ;全新的刚柔性引锭杆技术 ;计算机在线控制技术。改造效果 ,铸坯平均拉速达 3 .5m /min,设备作业率达 90 % ,溢漏率达 0 .1 5% ,金属收得率为 99.58% ,铸坯合格率为 1 0 0 % ,实现了炉机匹配 ,生产组织比较顺畅。转炉出钢温度降低了 2 0℃左右 ,大大降价了耐火材料消耗。优化了连铸工艺。连铸坯热送率达 90 % ,热送铸坯温度为 70 High efficiency technology reform according to the reality of this plant has been carried on a Rokop billet CCM.The reform includes: adapting suitable composition of molten steel and temperature, whole process protect pouring model, convex tundish structure with bigger capacity ,high speed mould adapting parabolic cone and its structure optimization, plate spring guiding ,rigid supporting oscillator, self-synchronous continual withdrawal and straightening roller,dynamic ally controlled secondary cooling system; new rigid-soft dummy bar technique; computer on-line control technology .The results of the reform are as follows: average casting speed reach as 3.5m/min,work efficiency of the equipment is 90%, breakout ratio reduced to 0.15%, receive efficiency of metals is 99.58%, qualified efficiency is 100%, realized LD and CCM matching and the production is organized smoother ,tapping temperature of LD reduced about 20℃, which greatly cut down the consumption of refractories, continuous casting technology has been optimized. Hot conveying rate of billet reaches 90% and the hot conveying temperature is 700℃.
