摘要
根据矿热炉在冶炼过程中无功功率的变化以及对正常冶炼的影响,对矿热炉在冶炼过程中无功功率的变化进行了全面分析,得出矿热炉无功功率的变化主要是由于炉内无功功率的变化引起的,是由三相电极下坩埚的大小以及功率区的位置所决定的,从而可以利用炉内无功功率的变化预测炉况,及时调整。
According to the variation of imaginary power during smelting in electric furnace and its effect to normal smelting,the variation is analysed all-sidely,and the conclusions are reached that the variation of imaginary power of ore smelting electric arc furnace is mainly caused by the variation inside the furnace,and is mainly decided by the size of crucible and the position of the power zone,thus the furnace condition can be predicted and adjusted timely by the variation inside the furnace.
