EFFECT OF ENERGY BALANCE TEST IN ENERGY SAVING AND CONSUMPTION DECREASING IN ENTERPRISES

为达到节能降耗的目的，利用10余年企业能量平衡测试的结果和数据，找出了冶炼电炉、供热锅炉、循环水网络等耗能设备和系统所存在的问题和节能的方向及潜力。在此基础上制定了科学的节能规划和改造方案，付诸实施后取得了明显效果。

To achieve the goal of saving energy and decreasing consumption,and by making use of results and data from energy balance test in the enterprise over 10 years,the problems ，energy saving direction and potential are found out about energy consuming equipment and system such as smelting furnace,heat supply boiler and water recirculating network.On the above basis,the scientific energy saving plan and reforming programme are worked out,and tangible results are achieved after putting these plans into effect.
