摘要
湘钢炼铁厂针对 1号高炉 (10 0 0m3)长期难以达产的情况 ,开展攻关活动 .通过采用 5车制、混装、6车制间加 7车制的装料制度 ,逐步将矿批扩大到 32t.在此基础上 ,进行多环布料的试验 ,开发了节流阀开度自动调节和斜角自动调节技术 ,使多环布料技术能成功地运用 .现在大矿批和多环布料技术已成为湘钢高炉的日常操作手段 。
Based on the condition of hardly reaching the output index for long_term at No.1 F.B. (1?000 m 3) the key task activities are developed at the Xianggang Iron Works of the Xiangtan Iron & Steel Group Co.. The batch of ore is gradually expanded into 32 tons through adopting the charging system of 5 charging_cars_system, mix_charge, 6 charging_cars_system and 7 charging_cars_system increased intermittently. Based on this, the automatic control of throttle valve operating and technology of the bevel automatic control have been developed after carrying out the test of multi_ring burden distribution, and the technology of multi_ring burden distribution can be successfully used. Now the technology of the large batch of ore and multi_ring burden distribution have become the daily operating method at the B.F. of Xianggang, so the technical and economic indexes of B.F. have been greatly raised.
