摘要 以宝钢SS4 0 0为研究对象 ,在实验室和宝钢 2 0 50热轧机上进行了 3次控轧控冷工艺优化及工业实验。通过工业生产实验验证 ,经拉伸和冲击实验及断口形貌SEM分析和成品SEM分析发现 ,采用控轧控冷优化工艺和工业实验可以大大地细化晶粒、改善其组织和性能 ,使SS4 0 0铁素体晶粒尺寸接近 4~ 5μm ,且冲击韧性良好 ,延伸率可达 3 0 % ,屈服强度达到 4 0 0MPa以上。 Synopsis In order to obtain the optimum operating processes industrial scale controlled rolling and accelerated cooling tests have been carried out on the 2050 thermomechanical simulator at the laboratory of Baoshan Steel Corp. for 3 times using SS400 produced in Baoshan Steel as the testing pieces. By means of industrial scale experiments and tensile & impact tests and SEM analysis on the fractured profile of the testing piece and finish products it is found out that controlled rolling and accelerated cooling processes can very effectively refine the grain size and improve the structure and properties. The grain size of the ferrite in SS400 after the treatment is refined to 4~5μm with a better impact ductility, an elongation of 30?% and yield strength of about 400 Pa.
