摘要
在分析了铸铁冷却壁存在的缺陷的基础上 ,介绍了铜冷却壁在国外高炉的应用情况以及在国内的研制和应用情况 ,并探讨了铜冷却壁应用中的几个问题。高炉使用铜冷却壁 ,可将炉腰、炉腹及炉身下部的寿命延长至 1 5～ 2 0年。
Synopsis Based upon analysis on the weakness of the cast iron stave research and application of the copper stave at home and abroad was introduced and problems existing in the application were discussed in the paper. It is proved that utilization of copper stave can extend the campaign of BF to about 15 to 20 years.
