摘要
在阐述了现代制造系统远程故障诊断标准化工作必要性的基础上 ,本文就面向知识共享的知识表示模型、诊断知识库设计规范、软件设计与共享规范以及基于RTP的远程诊断实时传输协议四个方面的标准化问题进行了深入探讨 ,提出现代制造系统远程故障诊断标准化的理论方法和相关的实现技术。
Based on the introduction of the necessity of the remote fault diagnosis standardization of modern manufacturing systems, some problems on four aspects have been studied profoundly, including the model of the share of diagnostic knowledge, the standardization of the diagnostics database, the standardization of design and share of diagnostic software and real time protocol of remote diagnosis based RTP. The related theory and technologies have been put forward on the remote fault diagnosis standardization of modern manufacturing systems.
