摘要
从中国神经外科手术的具体应用背景出发 ,结合我们研制的机器人辅助无框架立体定向手术系统 (CRAS BH3) ,研究一种基于虚拟现实技术的机器人外科手术模拟与培训系统结构 ,改进和提高三维模型人机交互的显示速度 ,将立体显示HMD设备与自制的人机交互装置相结合 ,建立一个面向临床实际应用的机器人辅助外科手术模拟与培训演示系统。
In this paper, a structure of simulation & training system of robot-assisted surgery based on virtual reality is proposed, set up from the concrete practical background of Chinese neurosurgery and connecting home-made CRAS-BH3, Combining 3-D display devices and home-made man-machine conversation devices. We also devote to improve the speed of 3-D model display and man-machine conversation. Basing on these technologies we establish a surgical simulation and training demo system oriented clinical application of CRAS-BH3.
