摘要
根据稀土永磁同步发电机特点 ,分析研究了磁路和电枢反应计算方法 ,提出了等效处理算法 ,运用矢量图求解发电机运行特性。理论分析及设计结果与实测结果吻合良好 ,说明所提出的方法具有理论及应用价值。
Since 1996, I have designed six special-purpose REPM(Rare Earth Permanent Magnet) aero-synchronous generators and they have functioned satisfactorily on various RPVs (Remotely Piloted Vehicle). This is one of the six. Our special design takes into account the generator′s radial excitation structure. We present a new method for analyzing and computing magnetic circuit and armature reaction. Fig.4 shows the characteristics of the magnetic circuit. Fig.5 shows the vector diagram of characteristics of the generator when it is saturated. Based on Figs.4 and 5 , we present an equivalent calculation design method for calculating the characteristics of the generator by means of vector diagram. This specially designed generator has successfully furnished power supply since the end of 1999 to a certain type of RPV. The method used in its special design gives higher precision than the method usually used previously in China.
