摘要 研究了电力参数常用测量仪表的频率特性 ,分析了常用仪表在谐波环境下的工作状况 ,在此基础上找出了谐波对电力参数测量影响的要害所在 ,提出了谐波环境下电力参数分频测量的观点 . Both the frequency characteristics of common measuring instrum en ts for electric parameters and the status of the instruments working in harmonic s environment are analyzed in this paper. Based on these, the core point of harm onic impacts to electric parameter measurement is found out, and the new viewpoi nt that electric parameter should be measured in different frequency is proposed .
