The Ownership-in-Common of the Distinctive Ownership of Buildings

近几年 ,城镇住房制度改革正进行的热火朝天。随着住房商品化加深 ,建筑物区分所有权问题的解决将是我国以后面临着的一大难题。我国目前对此尚无法律规定 ,本文试图对区分所有权中容易引起纠纷的共有权问题作些探讨 ,在系统论述了其概念、客体、法律性质和内容及其与普通共有的关系的基础上 ,提出作者的一些拙见。

In recent years,there is a innovation of the institution of city house in full swing.With the improvement of the commoditization of house,it will be a difficult problem facing china to solve the distinctive ownership of buildings.Owing to no legislation on it in china at prensent,this article tris to have some probes into the problems which the ownership-in-common of the distinctive ownership of buildings easily cause,and put forwards some pieces of advice on the base of discussing its definition?object?nature of law?content and relation to ordinary ownership-in-common. Distinctive Ownership of Buildings;Exclusive Ownership;Ownership-in-commonto 23～29,30～39,40～49 and 50～59 groups.Routine physical examination was conducted.The level of plasma nitrogen monoxide,superoxide dismutase and MDA were detected.Results\ (1)Total prevalence rates of hypertension were 23\^90%(38/159)and 8\^18%(13/159)according to new and old criteria respectively.(2)The abnormal rates of ECG,B ultrasound of liver and gall and the level of total cholesterol increased with the age or length of service years.No significance was found in the level of triglyceride among four groups.(3)In accompany with the increase of age,rates of hypertension under both new and old criteria elevated,level of plasma NO decreased,and MDA elevated.And there was a strong association between NO level and hypertension(r= -0\^986 8 ,P=0\^013).Conclusions\ These results suggest that lipid peroxidation damage and plasma NO level may contribute to the occurrence and development of hypertension in railway policemen.
