喷雾燃烧是燃油的基本燃烧方式 ,改善雾化是提高燃烧效率、降低排放的关键 将静电技术应用于燃油喷雾燃烧 ,目的是研制一种全新的燃油燃烧技术———荷电喷雾燃烧 本文是对这一燃烧方式进行冷态荷电喷雾的试验研究 ,在试验研究过程中研制了燃油荷电装置、荷质比测定装置、燃油雾滴的捕集液 ,准确地进行了荷质比、雾滴粒径的测量 并首次将PIV技术应用于荷电喷雾的试验研究 ,结果表明 :在相同条件下 ,燃油荷电后将使雾滴粒径降为非荷电时的 5 0
Spray combustion is the basic combustion pattern of liquid fuel and the quality of atomization is the key to improving combustion efficiency and decreasing emissions.A new kind of combustion technology-electrostatic spray combustion is developed by applying electrostatic spray to fuel combustion. In this paper, a charging device of liquid fuel is developed. The electrostatic spraying characteristics of fuel are experimentally investigated for the first time by PIV. The droplet size and the charge to mass ratio are measured by developing a device of particle charge to mass ratio and the reagent of catching fuel droplets. The experimental results show that the droplet diameter of electrostatic spray decreases by 50 percent.
