摘要
于大鼠坐骨神经远侧部位引入HRP示踪轴浆运输,再用功率密度为42.5mW/cm^2的He—Ne激光照射神经干。结果提示激光照射可加快大鼠坐骨神经感觉纤维的轴浆运输。
As a tracer of axonal transport, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was introduced into the sciatic nerves of rats by cutting both sides of the nerves, Then He-Ne laser with 42.5 mW/cm^2 power density was used to irradiate the nerve trunk The result indicated that the labelled neurons in the lumbar 4-6 spinal ganglions of the irradiated sides ater HRP introduction were much more than those of the unirradiated sides (P<0.001). This suggests that irradiation accelerates the axonal transport of the sensory fibers of the sciatic nerves in rats.
