摘要
作者研究了P_(388)白血病小鼠胸腺哺育细胞(thymic nurse cell,TNC)的超微结构,发现接种P_(388)白血病细胞3d后的患鼠TNC胞质内高尔基氏器,粗面内质网均较正常鼠发达,线粒体大重增加,囊泡也较丰富,在一些囊泡内可见C型病毒颗粒。以上结果表明接种P_(388)白血病细胞3d后的(C_(57)×DBA/2)F_1小鼠TNC分泌功能增强,同时也是白血病病毒出现的最早场所。
This article deals with the ultrastructure of thymic nurse cell (TNC) in P_(388)leukemic mice. On the 3 th day after the inoculation of P_(388) leukemic cells, Golgi apparatus and rough endoplasmic retieulum in TNC of the mice were more developed than those of normal mice. Mitochondria were markedly increased. The coated resicles were found to be abundant. Type C viral particles could be found in some of the intracytoplasmic resicles in TNC. The above results show that the secretive function of TNC in. P_(388) leukemie mice is strengthened and TNC is the first site for leukemic virus to appear.
