摘要
应用大鼠实验性胃溃疡模型观察了法莫替丁的一种新结晶型(F_A)的抗溃疡作用,并比较了它和目前广泛应用的晶型(F_B)抗溃疡作用的强度。结果表明F_A和F_B均有明显的抗溃疡作用。
We investigated the effect of a new crystal form of famotidine(F_A) on experimental gastric ulcers of rats and compared its antiulcer effect with that of the form B of Famotidine (F_B)which has been used widely. The results showed that both F. and F_B have marked antiulcer effects on all kinds of experimental gastric ulcers in rats.
