国产bFGF在鸡形觉剥夺性近视形成中的作用

摘要 建立形觉剥夺性近视模型,观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对近视发生的抑制作用。方法出生后第2天的小鸡应用半透明塑料眼罩行右眼单眼遮盖,随机分成4组,每组8只鸡,其中3组遮盖眼分别结膜下注射bFGF、阿托品和bFGF联合用药、阿托品。单纯遮盖组(MD)不作任何治疗。14天后测定结果,并衡量药物疗效。结果 单纯遮盖组遮盖眼与阿托品组(AI)、联合用药组(AbI)的遮盖眼相比眼球明显增大,而与bFGF组相比仅略有增大;阿托品组及联合用药组治疗眼的屈光度、眼轴长度,赤道径与单纯遮盖眼相比均有显著性差异,而bFGF组与单纯遮盖眼相比没有显著性差异。阿托品组及联合用药组与bFGF组相比有显著性差异。结论 早期形觉剥夺可导致近视的形成,阿托品可以完全抑制形觉剥夺性近视的发生,而bFGF抑制近视形成的作用甚微。 Objective To establish a chick model of form deprivation myopia(FDM) and observe whether basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) effectively reduce or prevent FDM. Methods chinkens were monocular deprived by the placement of a translucent goggles over the right eye in post-natal 2nd day. They were divided into 4 groups randomly. In 3 of the 4 MD groups chiekens received subconjunctival injections of bFGF, atropine and bFGF or atropine with MD respectively, the control group didn't receive treatment. After 14 day, the effects of the treatment on different groups were evaluated. Results There were sig- nificant differences in the refraction axial length and equatorial dimensions, between MD group and atropine group or combined group. But no significant difference was found between bFGF group and MD group. There were significant differences of FDM be- tween the groups the either received atropine or the combination treatment with bFGF injection. Conclusion These findings demonstrate that early form deprivation leads to ocular enlargement and myopia. Muscarinic antagonist atropine eompletely pre- vents FDM and bFGF had little effect in preventing FDM.
