幽门弯曲菌与胃、十二指肠疾病关系的探讨 ——附196例临床分析

A PRIMARY STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CAMPYLOBACTER PYLORI AND GASTRODUODENAL DISEASE:WITH A CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 169 CASES

对196例胃、十二指肠疾病患者的胃窦及十二指肠球部粘膜组织进行幽门弯曲菌(CP)检查、病理切片及尿素酶试验。消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎及十二指肠炎的CP 检出率分别为90.91%;48.31%和24.40%。尿素酶阳性率分别为94.55%;55.62%和33.33%。活动性炎症的 CP 检出率和尿素酶阳性率明显高于非活动性炎症。正常粘膜组织则均为阴性。表明 CP 与消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎及十二指肠炎关系密切。

A Pathologic study and urease test were performed on the mucosa specimens from antrum and duodenal bulb of 196 patients with gastroduodenal disease.The Campylo- bacter Polori (CP) detection rate of peptic ulcer,chronic gastritis and duodenitis was 90.91%,48.31% and 24.40%,respectively.The CP detection rate and positive urease test in patients with active inflammations were significantly higher than those with inactive ones.A negative result was found on the specimens from normal tissues.Our study suggests a close relation between peptic ulcer,chronic gastritis,duodenitis and CP.
