净水剂的毒性及致突变性研究 被引量:1

摘要 对江苏省使用的82份净水剂进行10项杂质分析;大、小鼠经口急性毒性试验;蓄积毒性试验;Ames 试验;微核试验及小鼠睾丸细胞染色体畸变试验。结果表明:所含杂质种类较多,部分含量较高。大鼠经口急性毒性:三氯化铁液体为中等毒、固体为低毒;聚氯化铝液体为低毒,固体为无毒。蓄积毒性:三氯化铁液体为弱~中等蓄积;聚氯化铝液体为弱~强蓄积。几种净水剂基本无致突变性。 In Jiangsu,ferric chloride,polyaluminium chloride,aluminium sulfate and ferrous sulfate are commonly used for water purification.82 kinds of preparations of these cleansing agents were submitted to the following tests:(1)measurements of 10 kinds of impurities;(2) Oral acute toxicity test in rats and mice;(3)accumulative toxicity test;(4)Ames test; (5)micronucleus test;(6)chromosome aberration assay of testes of mice. This investigation gave the following results:(1)There are many kinds of impurities and some of them are present in high concentrations.(2)Acute toxicity test for rats:Liquid ferric chloride is of medium toxicity;solid ferric chloride is of low toxicity;liquid polyaluminium chloride is of low toxicity;and solid polyaluminium chloride is non-toxic. (3)Accumulative toxicity test:low grade of FeCl_3 accumulation is found in female rats;its accumulation in male rats is moderate.In female rats,the accumulation of liquid polyaluminium is scanty,whereas in male rats is rather remarkable.(4)They all give negative mutagenicity tests.
