摘要
应用放射性同位素双标记示踪方法(^(131)Ⅰ-LDIL,^(125)Ⅰ-GLC-LDL),测定了大槐合剂对高胆固醇血症大鼠LDL 清除的受体与非受体途径的影响。结果表明,与正常组相比,造型组大鼠LDL 经受体与非受体途径的部分清除率(FCR)分别下降了51.7%和42.4%。大槐合剂则显著提高LDL 经受体和非受体途径的清除速率。与造型组相比,受体与非受体途径的FCR 分别增加了53.5%(P<0.01)和65.5%(P<0.05)。^(125)Ⅰ-LDL 和^(131)Ⅰ-GLC-LDL 的T1/2明显缩短。提示大槐合剂降血浆LDL-C 水平的作用在于促进血浆LDL 自受体与非受体途径的清除。
The FCRS for LDL Receptor(LDL-R)-dependent and independent pathway(?)
in rats were examined simultaneously with infusion of^(131)Ⅰ-LDL and^(125)Ⅰ-GLC-LDL.The
results were as follows:The clearance rates for LDL-R-dependent and independent pathways
in the rats of control group.were substantially decreased by 52% and 43% respectively.The
clearance rates for LDL-R dependent and independend pathways in the rats of Dahuai group
were significantly increased by 53.5,%(P<0.01)and 65.5%(P<0.05)respectively.As
compared with the rats of control grovp,T1/2 for^(125)Ⅰ-GLC-LDL in rats of Dahuai
group was markedly shortened.
