摘要
对23例第一胎产妇的母乳进行动态测定溶菌酶浓度,共117次。并在产后每周取奶一次共4次进行观察,测定结果均值及各受试者之间母乳中溶菌酶含量均有显著差异,P<0.01其平均值在一周内逐日上升,以产后第六天为最高,在国内首次证实初乳中有高浓度的溶菌酶。它和母乳中其它的防御因子一样,对婴儿的健康发育是有着重要意义。
The concentrations of lysozyme in 177 samples of human colostrum from 23 cases of
primiparae were measured.A dynamic study showed that levels of lysozyme in mille of 7th,
14th,21th,28th days after labor were 250.00,89.58,135.00,125.00 μg/ml respectively.The
results of rank test showed significant difference among above levels of lysozyme(P<0.01)
and among cases of primiparae(P<0.01).The concentration of lysozyme was the highest
on 6 th day after labor.As the high level of lysozyme in colostrum will enhance the nonspe-
cific immunological defence of mucosa in situ,we believe that it would be beneficial to
infants who receive colostrum if the breast-feeding can start as soon as possible.
